Hello - i like ur video I m planning to visit Malta for 6 nights (20-26 DEC) with my wife and 2 daughters(9and 8). And I have a couple on questions … 1-i have not got concrete plans yet..but tentatively , I m thinking of having a 2 night stay in GOZO and 4 nights somewhere near Valletta.. what do u think of this plan? 2-i have read a lot about the great bus service in Malta and I also heard that it is always late but I m unsure if that applies to the winter time? So honestly I m leaning towards renting a car especially Because I M going to spend some time in gozo?shall I do this or the bus is just fine? 3-what can I do on the Christmas day(25 DEC)?will everything be on shutdown? 4-i m flying back on 26DEC-(8am), if I don’t have a rental car , will I be able to reach the airport with uber/bus? 5- for cab-hailing apps,is uber the best one? 6-is there an available farm-stay property that we can stay in at malta where the kids can see/feed some animals like cows,horses , dog, cats or sheeps? I want to stay in St Paul's but told it's better to stay in sliema. Hotels u would recommend. Safety advice for women? I'm planning on wearing maxi dresses but i know Malta is very hilly and on a high incline 🤔. Tours you recommend to do. I won't be going swimming. I don't like caves, and I don't drink and party. Must see things.Free things to visit. Things to be aware of? What are the people like I heard from people that there service can be abrupt. Been told not to go out at night. Does that mean evenings are bad too? Halal/vegan places you would recommend. is it best to take a cab places or a bus. SIM card.
I've been to malta a few times when I was a kid, I'm going back this June/July with people from my college and I'll be volunteering with the maltese police, I'd recommend mostly that you go to Camino and gozo, both very beautiful islands and gozo has less tourism than malta so it has more of a traditional maltese vibe which I'm sure you'll love, gozo also has the nicest beaches, but I actually would recommend you go out at night around Valletta and madina, they're both very beautiful at night, it doesn't mean you have to drink, just walk past the bars and witness the night life of malta because it is really underrated, also busses are the best definitely, once you get a bus pass you're sorted for the entire holiday, some maltese drivers are kind of crazy lol, probably the Italians who came to live in Malta, so you're safer with bus drivers than taxis or hired cars
@@JC-ce8uw hmm no I wouldn't say it's worth it in that case, I don't remember the price but it was for the whole week but it only saved money if you plan to use the bus every day for 7 days in a row, so just pay for day tickets or returns
