Try going for the Samsung A04e, it has 32gb storage so I think that's more than enough space for an 11yr old, its around $114 but in our country (SA) its R2000.

Ofc! The phone is pretty amazing for its price and i think you would love it as your first phone :) I had one myself and i think its a great lil phone! Decent camera, pretty smooth ui, played games quite well and the battery is great!
