They are not kicked out because the people that are working with them already know fully well about these things. They still chose to work with them as long as it's beneficial for them. Naming them will only attract a court case against the person who names them.

Nepotism is everywhere, as mentioned, but it wouldn't last longer than one or two films in Bollywood, if the audience didn't like the actor / actress. Producers are not going to keep casting star kids when they are losing money on their projects. Plenty star kids have come and gone because they have no talent and/or are not liked by the audience, viz. Abhishek Bachchan. Unless you are a Deol, then whether you are liked or not (by the audience), you will be in a Vijayta film. 😂 🤣 😂

I saw her in sacred games and she was fabulous in her very difficult role. A woman goes more through her life at home or work, compared to her male counterpart, throughout the world, in every walk of life. And if a woman survives the ordeals, and comes out triumphant, or achieves any level of success, like surveen in this case, then it carries more substance and meaning to the pathos throughout her journey, which she has silently suffered, alone. Because in the end, the woman, any woman, suffers alone, in silence. Women are the humble balance created by the almighty, to counter the blatantly banal acts of mental and physical abuse inflicted by the males of the world on the females, in the name of male dominance .
It's a business afterall....there is certain advantages as well as the disadvantages....it's very hard to hear this kind of things which are facts.....there is a large possibility that newcomers ( especially females) have to face this....and who knows the celebs or even stars did not face this problem before??....it will not change until some strict actions will be taken against the accusers
You see an interview of a news reporter with Aman Khan and you realise that casting coach is so common in film industry it's not even considered taboo and considered just a process to get roles.
