I first heard 2NE1 on So You Think You Can Dance. The song was used in a dance routine which Jenna Johnson and Mark. Jenna has been a pro on DWTS for years and Mark was part of GAGA's dance troop.
They did show all the girls that you can still be a woman even if you have brass balls lol. Go Away and Fire and Can't nobody are cracking songs.
However their fans killed anything I felt about them because on mass just like BTS Army did attack BLACKPINK and all they did was debut. I don't like anyone who has to drag down someone else for fun. The music industry has always been dirty but somewhere along the line it's not about music anymore it's about cold hard cash. Problem is they're killing the industry. It's quicker for them to put together a group of people who are desperate for fame and will do anything for it but once they realise they signed for the devil who will work you to death it's to late. Hence so many of them use drugs to numb themselves.

This song as well as most YG songs are produced by Teddy Park. Gaga and other American artist have requested to work with him for years. They finally worked together on Sour Candy on Gaga’s Chromatica album. Now most American producers are working with K-Pop artist and US artist want to collaborate with K-Pop artist. It’s because K-Pop is giving us what we want….real pop music that usually has a comeback every couple years, but it has t come back in the US for awhile and now people have gone to K-Pop to fill that desire. I’m happy to see the genre grow in the US.
