After doing 0+2 answer you will get is 0×2^0+1×2^1 But after that you should take 1 as a carry because of the power of 2 is 1 .that's why you will get same answer
you can think 0 is a carry which will move to third column where weight id 10^2. I am not sure but he explained in this way as he said previously 10 * 10 ^ 0 = 1 * 10^1 which literally moved to second column and maintained the column's weight
S i have the same doubt .. Bcz in 2nd example he take 2 as greater than 1 .Why don't he take it as base of binary ? Bcz in decimal example he mention that the 10 is the base of decimal...
