This was essentially a 34 minute long version of that part in silent hill shattered memories where danny frantically screams the walk-through to arin to get him through that part where he has to run through all the doors while the monsters jump on him

i believe Liminal spaces are spaces that, like arin said are inherently transitional, but specifically bereft of the typical amounts of people, most usually become liminal at night like truck stops, airports, even hospitals (mostly the hallways). From what i remember from my brief time exploring the "lore" of the backrooms, you'd be more likely to escape in that case, cause you reach each new level by accepting where you are, and you can only finally escape by accepting the backrooms as your home

That first one actually scared the crap out of me. It was just such a long time without anything happening, I don't blame you for screaming Dan. I almost fell out if my chair lmao
Dan, "Man, this game is boring, when is something going to happen!" JUMPSCARE! That was great 🤣
well, now I absolutely need a video of Dan and Arin watching those recent KanePixel Backrooms videos.
My fetish is Arin talking himself down from being scared
Getting some ghoul grumps build up I see
I was watching this video while i was sick and it made my day! Loved the part where you got scared … and scared … and scared again , and again
Day 13 since the death of the giraffe town playthrough. With this streak of tittles I can’t even tell what the episode is going to be anymore.
Around the 27:00 mark, another perfect moment of Arin's superhuman comedic timing 😂
Also 16:17
It's 26:43...
Timestamps are pointless if you use one that happens *after* the part you mean
Stop calling him a comedic genius. He’s shit.

I prefer 26:42.
This looks like a decently well made backrooms game
I hope it has a level !!!! In it
I may just be misremembering my backrooms lore, but aren't the smilers supposed to be harmless?
Almost spilled my drink during that first scare. Just finished taking a sip and then my whole arm and hand shook with tremors. Just wasn't expecting that, lol.
I already know arin is gonna have a hard time with the birthday party tables lmao
Now I want a whole hour of Arin having Dan react to actual (good) backrooms videos made by Kane Pixels, Matt Studios, GeoNosis, etc.
classic Arin.
Figures out he can lean left and right.
Proceeds to NEVER use it again when he needs it.
I like how the thumbnail for the video is just Arin ripping ass while Danny, who is trapped in Arin's pungent embrace, weeps openly because of what his life has become.
jumpscares are at:
4:17
16:20
18:56
you're welcome
Thank you!❤
Yet another fan game of a genuinely interesting and atmospheric work that pretty much ignores everything it did and just reduces it to "let's have jump scares and nothing else," although I'll give this one that at least it tries a little bit with its puzzles (a _little_ bit). Oh well, at least Arin and Dan make it fun to watch.
dan: is this a horror game
arin: who can say
"Certainly not this guy"
This Guy: ̷̪͍̃A̵͇̟̓M̷̬͊̅͘ ̶̧̛͇̍̚T̷͔͗̈́H̶͈̖͉͝Ę̸̮̦́͘ ̶̭̗͑̇E̶̢̛̝̟̾Ā̵̫̌͘T̷̠̈́Ȩ̷̨̱̌̑̒R̸͇͓̠̂̈́͆ ̸̹̽O̷̞̱͒̐̍F̴͔̦̆̎̒ ̶̱̾̚B̸͔̬̎R̵̰̖̂̌̽Å̴͍̬͜͝I̸̖̒ͅN̶͚̻̠̂͝͝Ṡ̴̱̰͛
"Is that all there is?"
Less than a second later
"AHHHHH!!!"
Them saying “this must be what first person Pac-Man feels like” makes me want to see them play Dark Deception!! Spooky mazes, great jumpscares, beautiful Bearce?? They definitely need to play it!
I was thinking 'the backrooms isn't supposed to have any creatures in it originally, it's one of those games where you just get lost and scare yourself'. Well when that thing popped out I literally threw my phone
I love that the pleasant music continues through their horrified screams.
26:42 That's the hardest I've laughed in a while 🤣
Shit was hilarious 😂
Yay! Danny and Arnold’s worst nightmare 🥳☺️

@@KnusperShorts is that also a joke, Danny and Arnold is a bit form Grumps Dream Course
@@KnusperShorts Arin**, also "Danny and Arnold" is one of their Obama bits
@@scartrace and Aaron is one of their bits from new super mario 3d world
Ah, the classic game grumps bit where Arin kisses your dad. It’s always funny.
I hate what the backrooms has become but dang it if I’m not excited to see Dan scared let’s go
same
feels like it turned into scp 2.0
and I like scps but backrooms was way different and focused on liminal spaces and emptyness and now it's so riddled with monsters and whatever that it completely lost its original point
(btw if youre looking for a backrooms game thats more in the spirit of the original backrooms "the complex: found footage" is pretty good as far as Ive seen and free)
@@frankie9373 my buddy asked "What's the Backrooms?" And I was like "Its SCP but if the memes and preteens got at it right from the outset"
I love how there was nice calm music and then a jump scare happens. best thing ever.
Dan's amazing musical ability despite his apparent lack of being able to read music is nothing short of incredible
I mean, not really. You don’t need to be able to read to hear and produce language of any sort.
Picturing Dan in an office job fried my brain
I guess I get why people find liminal stuff scary, but man it's so comforting to me.
I could spend a lifetime exploring these places perfectly happy
From what i remember from my brief time exploring the "lore" of the backrooms, you'd be more likely to escape in that case, cause you reach each new level by accepting where you are, and you can only finally escape by accepting the backrooms as your home
@@blakdeth an ironic twist of fate, I am punished for my love :-(
17:47 Arin says his parents are awesome, but these improv'd trauma songs are so specific, it makes you wonder.
When Dan started yelling “get to the table” over and over again, it sounded like that parody of Chop Suey “Table Table Table”
I've said it once and I'll say it a million times.. Dan and Arins comedic timing are impeccable
and also that jumpscare made me scare my poor sleeping cat xD
Dan getting scared of the character model's shadow is literally me
and getting scared by the steam
i came here to comment and found that i have commented. i have no memory of this place send help
I'd never heard of this game before and let me tell you I almost fell off my couch and dumped all my fish sticks the first time that thing jumped out...
Can’t wait to draw pleasure from Dan’s terror!
