Aretha know where the cords are , full bodied piano with Franklin's unmatched artistry . This is a a old Chestnut from Lady Soul Colombia Records days in the early 60's . May You Have Eternal Rest . The Race Has Been Run .
I have musician friends who say that Aretha Franklin in one of the best pianists in the business. She does not read music and yet her musicality is stunning.
This was the beginning, I remember me & my father who has passed on would sit & listen to this record over and over again!!! I would also sing it while playing the piano in our formal living room!!! In tears looking back and reminiscing on the good old days. You better sang ReRe!!!
Eddie Mae Wilkerson I spent the afternoon playing all Mrs Aretha Franklin's music! Love this lady, her voice. She was simply amazing! She will be so missed!
One of the most hauntingly beautiful songs from “Camelot” and although I’d only ever heard Robert Goulet sing it with that gorgeous voice of his, Aretha gave it her own emotional magic.
I heard the album recording of this song on the radio, once in like the early 80's!! I loved it instantly!! I tryed to find any cassette in the bedroom, to record it. The song was nearly over.!! Didn't know who it was. Cut to 2019; on Utube! "Aretha's greatest hits" I playing it (after her passing). I found it again by accident!!! I was amazed and shocked that it was in fact the late great Aretha Franklin's voice!!! Blown away!! Thank you for blessing the world with your voice and present!! 🙏
Thank you the music bravo,bravo,bravo
I'm glad ms. Franklin incorporated more of her columbia recordings in her setlist. They were pristine
I was there and this was the best song of the evening..
This is one of the most beautiful performances - God I miss her - this is beautiful seriously
Listen to the recording she did on Columbia Records in her pre-superstardom days. It's marvelous. The voice was at its purest.
I was so blessed to be at this concert!!!! The Queen SLAYED this night!!! Love her FOREVER!!!

Aretha has a beautiful chest voice. She would sound better if she sang these songs in a lower range.
This is Beautiful she seems like she was comfortable with just the way her God given voice was.
