Exactly! We strongly recommend iterative design, which is why each round doesn't have to be perfect.

I've been to his conferences twice ... Nothing really has changed since then....
CMS Templates and Facebook killed website design... usability is probably only relevant in complex systems...with massive data and loads of functions...

He's old and teeth lose protective layer with time. He also exaggerating the articulation which shows his teeth more than theres need for.
