    Wow I saw this before I started learning Arabic and had no idea what you were saying. Now I'm learning about verbs that don't strictly follow the يَفْعَلُ pattern and this video is a game changer. The tip to focus on the ع position is so great and its helped me see the bigger picture. Thank you so so much! May Allah reward you!

    I just have one question. If the second-person male and third-person female forms are identical, how would you know which is being referred to if both are possible in the context? Would you just use the pronoun?

    • @akeemlesane3703
      @akeemlesane3703 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Context context context. Remember if you see تذهب or something like it without a person being spoken to; more than likely it is 3rd person female.

    So do we have to learn the past tense of verbs before the present?
    And is it just through context that you differentiate between she and you masculin?

      I think that would make a lot of sense Inshaa'Allah. :) My video this evening will be on the future but after that, I think plurals and duals in the past would be a good idea! Thanks for watching!

      In my opinion it's best to learn the past first :) but when the present is taught it should be linked back to the past.
