LOVE these. They are so helpful for a new startup in this business.
Just to get "artificial" experience, know whats expected, what to remember, be better at planning and discussing the job preflight etc.
Thank you. Almost nobody else does this. They all just sit in front of the webcam saying "I made 10k per week using my mini 4 pro" (lol) but never once actually went through a SINGLE jobs work day and process. You are legit, they arent.

@@zylzr hey mate, good age to start for sure. I'm sure youll be smashing us oldies soon! You can get some really good starter bundle FPV drones from the like of beta FPV where you get the controller, goggles and a small quad to start off with which are analog. A good place to start mate as they are lightweight and robust. I would also recommend putting in some serious simulator time as well. Lift off or velocidrone are very good and the control with the kit should work with those as well. Something like beta FPV Cetus pro FPV drone starter kit would be ideal.

Thank you mate. Appreciate it. I did try out the DJI Action 5 when it came out and although the low light performance was better it struggled with changing lighting conditions especially when flying indoors and the Go Pro just handles it much better. The bitrate was also too low compared to the Go Pro and the advantage of the Go Pro is having Go Pro Labs which means I have much more control over the settings. I have my bitrate set at 200 mbps with the go pro but the max the action 5 can do is 130mb which is just not high enough. For me im sticking with Go Pro for now. Hope that answers your question bud.

Recently subscribed and loving the content.
I have been flying as a hobby registered with FPV UK under artical 16. Im getting my C of C in the next few weeks to enable on the side jobs and build up my portfolio. Are you able to share any other qualifications you have other than C of C that enable you to do your job? Do you have to brief members of staff to be a spotter for you when you go to a job or have got some qualifications that allow you to fly BVLOS?
I would love to PM you with questions on commercial flying if you are willing?
    All the best
    Dan

@@EifDan thank you mate appreciate it. A2cofc is a good one to have mate and I also have a GVC and OA from the CAA. I generally have a spotter who comes with me for most jobs but she prefers not to be on camera or in the videos. If not sometimes the client helps as a spotter once I have briefed them ect but I prefer to use my own spotter.

    Cute grumpy guy.
"Why do i have to spend a whole 5 minutes to move a few water bottles and a cardboard panel, just so the promotional main feature video for our entire business that will draw in more revenue over the next few years, can look professional?"
    Classic.

Hey mate, I'd rather not give the exact amount but it varies project to project but roughly between £1300 to £3000 depending on the project.

I'll be honest mate it takes a lot of hard work and networking. 10% of what I do is actually flying. Really I'm a sales person and a marketer. I'm good at networking with people and that's how I get my work and fortunately I happen to do something I love.
