Yellowman is on constant rotation in my playlist. Reggae is so effective at fighting negative vibes. I was in the military for a long time and have some really challenging mental issues, but when I listen to yellowman, the beats and laid back jam put me in a good space!! I went to Afghanistan and Iraq a couple times and instead of processing things in a healthy way, I drank and was not very good to the people in my life. I still have issues but have learned to handle things differently. Reggae music and positive thinking helped immensely!! As well as counseling.
