Amazing! One Suggestion for you would be to weld in some more supports for a roll cage. Considering it is made for your kids, this added safety feature would save them if the car were to roll over. Even though it may go only 35 kmh, one bump can send you rolling!

Do you have some pictures of the suspension in the rear and how you jointed the two parts of the frame? Looking to do something similar but I can’t stand not having rear suspension
thanks front wheels are wide because... i made a mistake during suspension ;-) they can be shorter why not differential ? This is toy for kids. Differential would be a lot more expensive

It's off road GO KART, not a buggy. Go kart is typically for flat tarmac, with this You can ride on gravel, sand and on forests paths. It's not for hill climbing and 4x4 chellenges ;-)
