The scanner is Terrible yes, PGG need better Animators! but the tail lights are correct for S1 (and the Cockpit is the S1 Version) although both the lights and and Cockpit become Incorrect with the SPM Body as then they should be the S4 Versions. The Engine Dub, in going from LU5 to 301 Turbo to pure Turbine, depending on the Cars speed is correct to the show however as KITT's "dub" would go from LU5 to 301 Turbo to pure Turbine in show depending on how fast he was supposed to be going.

In LORE, yes, but, the Sound is more Accurate to the Series as KITT tended, in Series, depending on how fast he was supposed to be going, to either just have the Normal Sound of the LU5 Crossfire Motor (Which actually wasn't Emissions Certified in California, but KITT was originally Michael Long's own '82 Trans Am (before it was Rebuilt into KITT) which was a Nevada Car, so, as it had WS6 (you only got the Bowling Balls with WS6), it would have had the LU5 Crossfire), or a 301 Turbo Dubbed on, or a Turbine Dubbed on, and in Game, it does go, dependent on Speed, from LU5 to 301 Turbo to Turbine! so its very accurate to the Shows Sound Dub!
reskinned trans am with a different interior! so exciting surely it must not be that difficult to include interesting things like a functional super pursuit mode or turbo boost in free roam
@@Kilb-ill Yeah, should have had SPM on L3 (and an S4 Interior to match rather than the S1 Interior Featured) , Turbo Jump kick in to Clear obstacles, KITT (the Computer) taking over to avoid a Crash, and they should have used some Soundbites from the Series (or got William Daniels, 97 years young! to Reprise the Role) to have him Talk with Superstar, lots of missed Opportunities.
@@simeonyves5940 no, kitt's scanner speed changed depending on quite some factors, there are many instances where the sweep is pretty slow, the pilot episode on the destruction derby scene for example has it going fairly slow, perhaps even slower than on forza ( th-cam.com/video/oRlvobAHI3g/w-d-xo.html ), the look of the sweep changed depending on the car they used as well or just which logic board was used that was controlling the scanner ( th-cam.com/video/hwxTd31WtCs/w-d-xo.html here you can see even though the speed is similar to the previous example, it lacks any trailing) or the intention of kitt, sometimes they'd focus on it sweeping quickly intentionally. The real issue with forza's scanner is that it was made by someone that seemingly doesn't understand how the real world works, as the lights physically move instead of being static and just lighting up after one and another.

Reason to watch Knight Rider Again :) True it was a slower sweep when he was "resting" and it would speed up notably if he was Scanning, "concentrating" or even "anxious"..(again, back to Trust Doesn't Rust, it was IMO a pretty brilliant choice by William Daniels to voice KITT with a "yeah, I am getting really creeped out here!" tone when he first starts to detect KARR's Signal..) Yes the light actually being a physical object that moves and not a static row of LED's that Switch on and off in Sequence is a big Dissapointment. PGG seriously needs some better Animators...

Think of it this way, Its an 82 trans am. The other one ingame is an 87.
They’re not adding no turbo boost what do you think this is Need For Speed if Need For Speed added this car all the crazy boost would be expected
