    Really wish I could do the program and love your videos. I just started lifting at 17 and throw around 85-87 max the only thing I have ever done is weighted balls and resistance bands I really wish I knew the weighted ball info before I did it hopefully the lifting stuff goes well and can increase velo maybe you'll see me in the future!

    This is how I see it, it's great to have a program but a lot of people don't have money for it. You have to pay for a gym membership and baseball fees, it's a lot of money.

    I want this program so bad. I religiously watch every video everyday just to see if there's something else I can do to throw harder. I just can't afford the program😔
