Great video man! As a THRST app user, I would like to ask you whether you can add the option to add/remove an exercise from an existing workout. I think letting the user modify a particular exercise or add more would make the user experience even better! Also, one minor bug if you want to take into consideration: 1) The workout changes for example when you switch an exercise, then if you open it later it's not saved.It returns back to default options. If you read this thank you , have a good one!

I’ve always bought designer in the past but even shorts at £100 plus aren’t stretch material and aren’t anywhere near as comfy and well fitting as yours, I would recommend them to anyone. Hope all these months in the gym every day do them justice! Keep killing it Mike.👍

Do you take a zinc supplement regularly? From my understanding too much zinc can lower your copper levels. There has to be a balance for both of them to stay on par
4:50 possible reason for your copper being low is too much zinc in your diet. Zinc and copper use the same transport mechanism to get around the body and should always be supplemented in tandem, though you should take more zinc than copper. Doubt you'll see this, Mike, but the info is there if you happen to find it

It is also increased in homozygous sickle cell or hemoglobin C disease (from medscape site which is THE gold standard knowledge platform for cardiologists). You dont have these.
