The solution to Metro Manila's congestion is the development of Mega Manila which will encompass Metro Manila and the Tagalog Provinces of Bulacan,Rizal,Laguna,Cavite,and Infanta, Quezon. There are more available undeveloped lands in these provinces where industries can relocate and for people to live in. The government should pour in more infrastructure projects such as Hi-ways,railways,airports seaports, townships to interconnect these provinces to Metro Manila.
