It's always amazing to watch an excellent crane operator! Also, it's amazing to see the ACTUAL scale of that statue! You can be told it's 11 feet tall, but it doesn't equate completely until you see people standing around it and they are 1/3 the size!

My Neighbor Moroni Is Missing! For years I’ve looked out my window and smiled, seeing my neighbor Moroni bravely standing atop the spires of the Salt Lake Temple. For the last few months since our earthquake he has stood there “Trumpetless”, without a complaint. My neighbor Moroni has moved away temporarily, and I miss him already…. Awaiting your return Angel Moroni, and many more days of smiling. ~Nurse Dale
Did they share anywhere that this was going to happen and when? I would've LOVED to have seen it in person. I used to work at the Salt Lake temple and would love to be able to watch in person things like this. I only live a few blocks away and would take time out of my schedule to watch.

I hope the Angel Moroni gets his trumpet put back into place soon after the earthquake displaced it.

I'm so glad that he'll have his trumpet back soon. And that missionary work will resume. We still have much to do to prepare for the Savior's return.
