    I have a couple questions:
    1. What defines a “win”? Being the first player to match a pattern or do you win by matching a pattern within the number of balls called? How do they guarantee at least one person winning?
    2. I watch several YT channels that play at Winstar or Choctaw, and during a set of red spins, the same pattern came up several times in a row (usually Private Stripes) how can that be if you’re playing one card in one game?
    3. Are all patterns in play every game?

    Grats on the Handpay! Question tho, earlier in the video you said something about red screens being individual spins, so the first hit was for 15 credits then red screen hit for 300. So it added them both together for the handpay? If you could clear that up I'd appreciate it.

    At some of the Casinos (Winstar), they DO add each win to the total and if the total is over $1200, you will be taxed on all the wins. Choctaw does look at each spin as its own entity. Each tribe decides how they want that to happen Oh and the Bells ring once for every $10 won

    • @4jp
      @4jp ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sort of, but not really. Every game of class II bingo must have a winner, but the prizes for those wins are really really small. The odds of the big wins are always the same. This is accomplished by limiting how many numbers you can use to make the patterns. VGT games put the first 40 in yellow (8 of each letter) and then restrict further for the specific patterns. This means that your odds are always the same every game regardless of how many people are playing.

Aren't they picked by a random number generator on the central computer that is picking numbers for the bingo game? So in the end the machines are dependent on a random number generator, just not on the machine itself, but on a central computer.

    Why is it that some machines you’ll clearly have a pattern on a fresh game (no white numbers called yet) but it doesn’t pay out?
    I’ve seen it many times I’ll even check the numbers on the bingo card to match with the eligible numbers in yellow, makes me feel like I’m getting screwed by the machine!

    • @CowboySlots
      @CowboySlots  ปีที่แล้ว

      That's just all part of how the bingo style games get their randomness. I go through the same - especially when it's a new call-out and a get a relatively full yellowed in card. I always think it's about to be huge, then I don't get any hit. It still comes down to the numbers being called matching up with numbers on the bingo card you just got. Sometimes you match a lot, sometimes you match a little. Sometimes you match a lot, but doesn't form a pattern, etc.

    Not true about each red spin being independent and not adding up to a handpay if each spin is under $1200. For example- At Winstar, if you get a $300 red spin then a $900 red spin, you will get a W2G for $1200. At Choctaw, you will not get one. So it’s based per casino policy.

      It really depends on how large the pool is. In general, you want to treat playing these games just as you would a traditional game of bingo so less people would be more ideal, but this isn't always a huge advantage. There is a lot more of a random aspect with bingo based machines than the traditional game however so it still is always random chance.

      The odds of getting any specific pattern on a single card are determined by the number of bingo balls drawn. Restricting number of drawn balls allows the game to have constant odds regardless of how many people are playing. The odds of getting a "champagne glass" in 20 balls or fewer balls drawn, for example, are always the same. The upside for the player is that every prize is available every game and past games do not influence probability of future wins.

      False, the bingo patterns only tell you something after you press the spin button and commit your bet, not before.

      Chickasaw properties usually have a slew of Class II slots because they don't have to pay the state any tax on them. You can't change the bingo cards on VGT's but there's plenty of other Class II slots that you can.

      Also, at least in OK, the state or casino can only have so many true slots. For example some far in state casinos have very few to none class three but on the boarder they have many class three

    • @bobbyd2875
      @bobbyd2875 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Class 2 games are electric bingo and allowed by the government for tribal casinos, you’ll never see a class 2 game at a non tribal casino. For class 3 games it needs to be legal on the state level, so for like Oklahoma they can have class 2 and class 3 because there is a compact or agreement with the state allowing them and giving the state a percentage of the income on those machines

  • @kenunkart
    @kenunkart ปีที่แล้ว

    Wrong! All bingo games on all machines are the same. The reason you can see different numbers on separate machines is because the numbers don’t change when someone leaves. So it’s old numbers. If someone starts playing, then the machine will start with the bingo game that is currently playing at that time in the casino. Same as everyone else playing.

    • @CowboySlots

    • @49reasons

      Yeah, they covered that in other videos. It has to do with gaming laws governing tribal compacts in each state - lots of variables, and some are very confusing. After doing a little research for my own state (Washington), I was so confused that I gave up trying to understand the finer points. 🤯

    Or should my wife just keep playing the more entertaining animated games?

    • @CowboySlots

      Yes, you can’t really use volatility with class 2 machines since it’s just based on bingo. Some do have smaller wins than others, but it’s mostly the same. Play what fits in your budget.
