I’m fairly 4 months into investing so I’m new but started with a capital of €12k initially in stocks, ETFs and other financial commodities which is under the supervision of an expert fiduciary, Eddy Bruke I met in an IPO where he spoke at heart on creating a solid financial statement. This have amounted to about €57k that’s over 300% profits. The market is very lucrative but dangerous if misled.
Smart investing, you are definitely trailing the path of Cathie woods especially when you work with a good fiduciary and financial analyst

I just watched this and I'm like take my money.
I started investing privately (outside my 401k) in 2019 and found Cathie Woods - late to the party but glad I found you and your team at Ark Investing. Great stuff, good timing, and I'm in the the long run.
All correct. Spot on. ARK invest seems to have figured it out.
I might suggest the trends as:
*Digitization from software & 3D prints, electrification from cheap solar, AI-assist everything.*
+A huge topic of decentralization, which will happen to existing monopolies that have too much profit, or too much friction for the customer.
+Reg tech for making the government services more digital and online will be a huge growth too, because the governments are ready for that. They want people to do things on the mobile, instead of going to the govt offices for everything.
The crypto currency is inevitable, but the one that will dominate is not out yet...

I love ARK for one reason (I know Im a moron) they are the one of the few analysts who see the same in TESLA as all the TESLA entusiasts do.
Im sure I will find more reasons but would never heard of them if not for TESLA.

@Agent 187 The next 10 years will be about robotics, machine learning, decentralized computing, biotech, and energy, whether you like it or not. Messaging and conversational orchestration (bots, customer service and support) will also be towards the forefront.

Great video and perspectives. One quick point on collaborative robotics - they should never "bump" into a person, infrastructure, other equipment or goods. Today's technology for enabling autonomous navigation, along with collision avoidance, makes "bumping" an extremely narrow edge case.
Rider safety is more important than cheapness in any context. Priorities. Great video still! Very insightful

They are correct, but be prepared to wait 10 to 20 years for some of this technology. Timing matters a lot too. It may be inexpensive to invest now.

CRISPR is a company that specialises in crispr technology. Google top 10 3d printing companies and you will see a strong list what specific arena that specialise in. I watched this lady give a presentation on a channel called Singularity university. check it out, more details

it will be interesting to see the marketing that will aim to convince us we need these things on our lives as the value of things in terms of how much it increases our well being has been going down with each innovation wave, though I think AI and deep learning could do some wild shit to our social lives through personal ai and suggestions based on the social situation...we will all know exactly how to act at our job interviews it will be wierd
Great Documentary. However, I do have a concern that most of these research and their findings kinda leave a major part of the world's developing majority out. Can we begin to talk to a universal progression maybe that will help with inclusion and overall economic growth.
What companies are leading industrial 3D printing
If it weren't for TH-cam I wouldn't have known about her. I love their research and company culture. I thought I was weird for taking a similar strategy about investing in disruptive companies and the companies that supply their raw materials.
I disagree value investing is done. In fact, I believe technology will offer large cap value companies a greater upside.
The question is: how can an average person grasp the opportunity?

Good overview of current technology trends that has been going on for the past 10 years if not more.
Just a note: Isn't the presenter for the 3D printing segment typify the problems with these type of presentation: Investors keep regurgitating the current hype cycles (all these tech covered here are parts of the well know gartner hype cycle over the years) as the current "hot" trend. Then the presenter (e.g. in 3D section) said the hype/expectation for 3D printing in the past failed to realized and then a minute or two later, the presenter put a spin of 3D printing that might work. How ironic and inconsistent and contradicting oneself. I am sure 1~2 year later, I will be hearing the same tech/trend all over again but in a whole new take masking as the new "hot" tech of the year (soup du jour).

you did not talk about 3D printing and its effect on Housing. Already Texas is promising low cost houses to be printed just this year.
