1. 1 Cup All purpose flour
2. 2 Eggs
3. 1/2 Cup cooking oil or melted butter ( Works well with 80ml or 5 tablespoons of oil too)
4. 1 Cup Grated Carrots
5. 1/2 Cup Sugar - adjust to your taste
6. 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
7. 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
8. 1/4 teaspoon Salt( adjust quantity base on your taste)
9. 1/4 teaspoon Cinnanom Powder
Air fry at 320F or 160C for 40-45mins
