It’s going to be interesting to see how they pull off everything they want to do with that land with only 177 acres to work with. NW stadium is 190 acres. Not to mention the design of RFK land is not advantageous to what they want to do. Stadium, restaurants, housing all with just 177 acres. RFK wasn’t a big stadium to begin with.
@@craighoffman Yeah that will help, but if you're planning for that place to house other things and have restaurants and housing significant parking is necessary. Definitely more than what's there now. And like you said if you making the stadium bigger, that will take up more space than what it's taking up now. It will be interesting to see if come together if it gets pushed through.

New Commanders stadium will likely be in Virginia. Tax and space are the reasons.

The 50-65k stadium is definitely the move right now. Also, I think the public transit means way less parking than you have in Landover.
