I feel like you’re not capitalizing enough on the Azamina cards. Playing more Sinful Spoils (like Silvera, Rciela, and Subdual) makes it generally stronger, at the cost of some non-engine. Subdual as well is incredible, as it allows you to search Nightmare Apprentice, to get the combo again next turn. As well, the Azamina fusion trap is great, as it allows you to summon the fusion that sends any card on the field to the GY on your opponent’s turn, while costing you less material than the quick-play. It also makes drawing Betrayal on its own very good, as it means you get a guaranteed Diabellstar, via Rcielago. Of course, the build still has problems, namely the recursion of the Chimera engine, specifically getting Gazelle and Berformet back, but Azamina has plenty of recursion itself, thus making it hurt less. I could provide a decklist, if there’s interest.
It's great that you're being honest about what the deck feels like to play. Overall I'm happy chimera gets some new toys to play with and just like you said, hopefully the future support helps 😀
I think the only great card u can play is azamina sol , other than that the deck doesn’t really have any synergy cause pretty much any deck that uses the sinful spoil engine can play azamina and have a free omini negate , for now fiendsmith chimera is the best variant and gonna be a really powerful deck post banlist cause it doesn’t care if Beatrice got banned.

One thing youre doing wrong is utilizing the Azaminas. If you’re not locked out of links, you should summon Rcialago, add the Morigan Trap. Use Rcialago and a monster for a Link 2(Masq/Little Knight) Return Rcialago to the ED and add the Spell back to your hand. Now you can use the spell to pitch the trap for Silvera, and re-set the Morigan for free as another interruption. This is obviously just one way, but you get the most bang for your buck IMO.

Its basically a chimera deck with up to 9 cards (if u play 3 Witch) that give you an omni negate if you draw them.. that' s the sinergy.

I don’t see the synergy with WhiteWoods. Snake-Eyes, yes, but Chimera goes so well with Azamina.
