This is exactly what I needed. Just started skating daily after taking like a 4 year break. After one week back, I’m feeling this pain in my knee I’ve never felt before. Gonna try these exercises and hopefully they help! Thank you for this 🤙🏼
this channel is exactly what i needed, started skating after 7 years and just skates through my patella, hip, and ankle pain for 3 weeks, that 4th week it all caught up to me and now i'm trying to still skate when i can but recovering and strengthening my knee and hip is my new objective
Thanks for this bro!!! Gonna try these exercises. My back leg knee is taking ages to heal . . I don't want to rest it. (need to skate!!!) Hurt it practicing 180 ollies while drunk (about 50 tries) didn't feel it, until the next morning. Now my rear knee is swollen and clicks. Popping ollies, pushing and stepping off at speed... the back leg knee does all that work. So I've been cycling to work instead of skating , and skating switch when it gets too painful to ollie or push regular.
Lol bro! 😂🍻 Good on you for continuing to push through! If you can, make sure nothing is torn first (MRI), otherwise yeah try some of these and let me know. Otherwise we will have to reassess. But I got you! 👊
Hi, just checking out your channel and i've been meaning to get back into skateboarding for some time now and all the exercises and strength training vids you've put up are really informative and I feel like i'll be using them a lot, really appreciate your effort and knowledge you earned a sub :)

🙏 thank you mate!! I’m happy they are helping get you back on the board! Thanks for the kind words and the sub! 👊
What about hip flexor pain AND patella pain simultaneously 😢
Hip flexor pain might be due to tightness or overuse. Do some dynamic stretching before skating. m.th-cam.com/video/0yw73TXNsQU/w-d-xo.html
