Kuchh mt chhodo sab kuchh khao....bas thoda khao...aap roz jitna khaate ho use dheere dheere km krdo...ek chhoti katori chawal lo or usme usse do guni daal mix karo or khalo pet full rahega aadha din...isi tarha raat ka khana khao ek roti or katori bhar k sabzi..ya daal ..or dheere dheere aap patle hote jaoge....mene apna wazan aise hi km kiya he ...or me subha me chai bhi peeti hu....
Basically, our point is to loose Weight but here we are missing the point that is, the quicker you loose weight the quicker it will bounce back . The most staple food for Indians are Rice and Roti. And not everyone can afford to invest that much cost which this zero carb diet asks for. Instead you should aim to eat 100 to 120 g carbs daily in a fat loss diet ( Note - I am saying about high calorie carbs such as Roti and Rice ) . Walk for 1.5 hour daily and if possible you can split that into 2 parts i.e 45 mints in morning followed by 45 mints in evening. Let suppose you eat 1800 cal, then you are also burning 600 cal daily by walking. And this is how you will have a deficit of 500 cal/day easily and in the end of the month you will have already burn 15000 cal which means : - 15000/7700 ( 1 kg of body fat ) = 1.94 kilos And that's how you can easily loose 20 kgs in 10 months without going in starvation mode. Don't cut carbs just reduce the portion size. 2-3 rotis in each meal . But you have to completely Potato as they are small in size but very high in carb. Eat curd, all fruits ( 2 banana max. ) . For fibers you can add Esaab bhusi which helps in digestion and along with easy bowel moments . Drink 3 l of water everyday, you can go for 4 L also if possible and that is how you can loose weight easily. I am not saying that Doctor sir is wrong but i am saying that being a middle class citizen one can't afford to satisfy his hunger from this diet. If you are earning well then go for it. 😀🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Hope you will find this helpful 🤞

No need to leave anaaj (Grains) if you don’t want to as you need nutrients as well. Just say no to fried food (refined oils) and refined sugar & 4 kilometres of walk 5 times in a week. Refined foods create inflammation. Have a break of 14-15 hours between your dinner & breakfast (if that suits and doesn’t cause acidity) next day. Don’t need to do anything else. See the difference in 8 weeks. Increase the amount of vegetables in your meals.

No need to leave anaaj (Grains) if you don’t want to as you need nutrients as well. Just say no to fried food (refined oils) and refined sugar & 4 kilometres of walk 5 times in a week. Refined foods create inflammation. Have a break of 14-15 hours between your dinner & breakfast (if that suits and doesn’t cause acidity) next day. Don’t need to do anything else. See the difference in 8 weeks. Increase the amount of vegetables in your meals.
