A bugged-out rival base is about the most terrifying thing I can imagine in Antistasi. Not having a way to put an end to the drones and mortars is basically torture.
For what it's worth, you may be able to increase your resilience against air support if you manage to find the arms dealer (there's a bit of RNG involved, as the occupiers need to give up intel on the guy so that you can find him). With your current war level, you should be able to purchase drones, APCs, and self-propelled AA guns from the dealer. Mind you, the AA guns are not life insurance. Just the other day, enemy CAS took one of mine out with apparent ease. Scissors beat rocks sometimes it seems.

Yeah I've managed to calm them down a bit, ill just have to hope that eventually it'll debug itself haha. I've found the Arms Dealer hes not too far away from me, tbh a few patrol attacks and some ammo trucks you can get most of these things for free. i tend not to use the arms trader, i find it a tad expensive haha

@@theurbanhermit365 I really struggle with securing any armour from encounters because they blow up an awful lot haha
I wonder if the trader sells tanks at higher war levels. I have just one of those (I found it in a military base), and it proved invaluable in repelling a rather larger land-based counterattack the other day. I do not expect it to live for long though, so securing a "supply" would be excellent.

@andrewhun995 could be possible at a higher war level the gun trader may have them available. I know he has APC’s from the start near enough.
Tbh a lot of my armour I’ve either got from the odd patrol mission here and there.
Airfields are a great place for looting armour though, managed to secure a tank, apc, hunter HMG, 3-4 fast movers and a few heli’s from one airfield. I try not to use air support when it comes to these places as you run the risk of destroying them fairly easily 🙂

@@theurbanhermit365 I may need to take my first airport sooner rather than later. At the moment, I'm scrambling to block the invaders from taking over the central airstrip, though I'm not sure if I have the clout to do it haha

Get yourself some ammo trucks that’ll help with stocking up on weapons to then give your AI, put some money into training them as well.
Take out the armour first, then just hit them with sniper fire whilst you send some AI in to soften them up.
If you’ve got a good 10k for troops and some decent weapons you’ll be alright. Took me 2-3 attempts at first airfield I think. Have at least 5 squads and armour to deal with, a few 50cals as well lol

Near the camp a group with a flag that seems from South-america, from Argentina but you can not see the sun, they signal you while holding another note. Apon aproach you notice them using cold war gas-mask helmets. The note says:
"Greetings seekers of freedom, we will send more food and this time "vino tinto"(wine) this time my teams only advice is from experience from our past. The mountains are part of your home, be creative. Vehicles will only help if they can traverse with no problems (SUVs). If you capture or make an air-force AS(air support) to deny your air space to the enemy. And a little of "Faith and Patriotism" help civies on supporting you. Que la Santa Virgen te proteja, un confederado. (may the Holy Virgin protecs you, a confederate)"
