Has Ipsy said anything to you about this via customer care? I also buy so I'd be writing to them asap if my items weren't arriving.

Getting monthly boxes in the month you pay for them should be a priority! There is no excuse good enough for this unprofessional act from Ipsy! I've been going through this since April.
