Life long Gator here, living in Alabama last 22 years, you havent seen toxic folks
I’m a Hokie and have been to plenty of games in the Swamp since I moved to Tampa in 2001. Gator are passionate and have high expectations, as they should. But they are not toxic. They’ve been welcoming to me and always seemed realistic as a group. Every fan base has a knucklehead or two but Gator fans have a great fan base.
We've seen 2 coaches get fired 2 years removed from national championships but yeah Gators fans are toxic. Brando was full of shit
Cracks me up when you mention Billy in the context of "disappointing" coaches who won "only" nine games. Napier hasn't even come close to winning 9 nine games .

Here's the deal- we DO have high expectations but the question is should we?? If you zoom out and look at college football history we're really and truthfully new money. We didn't become "Florida" until Spurrier arrived and then got lucky to land Urban after Zook didn't work out who by the way was a light's out recruiter. We're like Mark Cuban compared to the Rockefellers and DuPonts that Alabama and Ohio State are. A 15 year run proves we can do it but we certainly haven't always done it.

This years schedule is brutal. Then you have the same schedule next year. Florida will be lucky to make a bowl game. His buyout is very high as well.

No we're just passionate and want our team to win and be somewhat competent. If Alabama, or Ohio State, or Oklahoma was going through the same thing their fan base would be just the same.

Huh? He was here from 2013-2017 and regressed Butch Jones was below average, at best without Josh Dobbs. He could recruit, but didn’t do enough with the talent. He was tone deaf and thin skinned too. I’m sure all 47 Arkansas State fans are thrilled he’s their head coach though
