I bake a fat round Louisiana sweet potato until soft when you squeeze it, cut it open, pile on the butter and eat. If you want to add sweetness, dust with cinnamon sugar, but it is unnecessary.

I love how you cook. I was always taught "Waste not, Want not" When I have a flavorful ingredient in a jar, I find a way to use a liquid to grab the flavor and clean the jar. Sometimes just a few tbsp. of water. Makes a great chef.
There are far too many chefs/cooks on TH-cam who waste so very much when they cook, don't empty the blender, don't scrape out the pots or pans etc. It drives me nuts. Rick Bayless is one of the very worst!

Nice I am always looking for a sweet potato recipe that is not sweet. I might suggest 50% heavy cream and 50% full fat yougurt to add a little acid. Awesome can’t wait to try it. Thank you.
Harissa is amazing! I've noticed QUITE a few TH-cam Chefs also have high praise for harissa. It was your "gourmet steak burrito" that got me to try it. I freeze Harissa now, in ice cube trays, otherwise it only lasts a week in the fridge. (Those burritos were the bomb)

I tend to use a whole jar at a time when making dishes so it tends to be a little pricey for how I use it. I'd love to see you make your own harissa (so i can copy it and hopefully save some money haha).
