  • I'll demonstrate how to make a lemon crumble that's perfect for lemon crunch cake. This is an easy lemon crumble topping for cakes, pies, cupcakes, muffins, cheesecake, and much more.
    1 box vanilla pudding
    1 box lemon jell-o gelatin
    1 stick butter, softened and cut in half
    1/2 cup of flour, divided evenly
    Yellow food coloring

    I make mines the same way but I add some lemon cookies to get a more crunchy texture 🙂

      In order to see both Colors, I don't mix them together when baking. Also, when crushing them I also do that separate and then mix them together! Better outcome for me & you can see Both Colors!

      I too use cookies.
      I use the thin cookie cream Oreos. I feel they are more crisp over the ‘regular’ Oreos.
      Any Oreo will work though.

    Can Lemon pudding be used instead of the gelatin?

      I'm not sure. I've always used gelatin. Try asking Deon from 901 cravings. I love his channel and it's where I learned to make it.

    you should not bake it on waxed paper, use parchment paper
