Zamasu only survived because his time protection ring stops him from being erased from time. In other words, he only survived because he had literally a ring designed to counter that specific move. It still worked on the one that it was used on for that instant, but only that exact instant.
Zamasu is a living paradox. He can be killed with Hakai byt he exist in many other timelines and futures, which is why Whis said he was gonna seal him for good

Without exception, there is actually spells that negate this because there are spells that you can cast before you die that give you instant resurrection.
It's not on the list. But it would be a Negator powers from Undead Unluck. It airs in October. For me. It would be Undecrease. Undecrease negates the rule of fixed quantity. You get infinite everything. Say you have five jelly beans in a bag. You eat all five jelly beans. Five more will magically show up. That's what it does. And it works on everything as long as you own it and it has a quantity of more than two. Really handy for ammo for weapons. The actual guy that wields this power is technically classified as a solar system destroyer. And I say technically bc that all depends on how many nukes he decides to launch all at once.

You kill an Uma. That rule is erased from reality. Uma Gravity is confirmed to exist. Kill this little guy and Neko Kuroha loses that ability. Black Holes have gravity as a main factor in what makes them so powerful. Without it. It's a simple hole in space time with no real power to it. The effects of an Uma are absolute. And it's all there in the manga.
Where is Anos? He is literally power. He can just snap his fingers and you would be dead in an instant and with just his heartbeat alone he can kill you as well. Hell even his Shut Up can't be avoided and your paralyzed. We won't mention his sword since that is a weapon.

Love it! These guys Negate the very rules and concepts of the universe. And its basically a kick in the face to every power system ever made. Fire Force? UnBurn and Unchange solo it by negating their powers completely. Doesnt matter how strong they are. Not even Benimaru himself can stand up to Ginas Unchange. Stands? Untouchable solos. Most stand abilities rely on physical contact. And unfortunately, Tatiana is surrounded by an unbreakable barrier. Giorno or purple haze or king crimson punches that thing theyll break their hands. JJK? Nope. Andy can handle those guys and tag team with Mr. Billy. Theyre all toast. But the most busted of them all is Unjustice and UnTruth. These two are the missing parts of each other. One negates and inverts conscious thought(Untruth) the other negates and inverts Unconscious thought. Unjustice is the stronger one. And there are no exceptions to this rule. Juiz, the wielder of this power, can force anybody to commit acts that go against their mindset and goals and theres nothing they can do to stop it. Giorno, Diablo, Dio, Kaido, Luffy, Goku, Vegeta, Broly, even Beerus. She beats them all by making them commit suicide. And all it takes is a single look. Its the most broken power in anime. And i cant wait to see everyones jaw drop when she wipes out an entire alien armada.
Oh and regarding Tatiana. She's the equivalent of a walking nuke. Her range is the size of a cruise ship and she can expand and contract the barrier surrounding her. And as stated before the barrier can't be breached. So if you're in range when she expands the barrier. Both you and everything will be quite literally turned into stain in the crater left behind.

Stands? Untouchable solos. Most stand abilities rely on physical contact. And unfortunately, Tatiana is surrounded by an unbreakable barrier. Giorno or purple haze or king crimson punches that thing theyll break their hands.
JJK? Nope. Andy can handle those guys and tag team with Mr. Billy. Theyre all toast.
But the most busted of them all is Unjustice and UnTruth. These two are the missing parts of each other. One negates and inverts conscious thought(Untruth) the other negates and inverts Unconscious thought.
Unjustice is the stronger one. And there are no exceptions to this rule. Juiz, the wielder of this power, can force anybody to commit acts that go against their mindset and goals and theres nothing they can do to stop it.
