- In which I review 3 Onthego bags from Louis Vuitton; the MM vs the GM size, and the 2020 Summer Escale Onthego. Thoroughly obsessed with this style of tote, as you can tell, but I do need to let go of one. Let me know in the comments which one I should let go of!

Thanks! I just sold my Onthego GM in the reverse monogram actually. I use my pastel coloured GM alot on staycations here, and now that I have the MM, I use it instead of the GM. It was hard to let go of it though, I loved it so much!

Does the inner handles hold up well with many items packed in the canvas bag? I am deciding between this tote vs the book tote. Tough battle 🤣

Hi there, yes, if you intend to go out with young kids! My youngest son keeps bumping his head on the corners of my GM, so now I try to only take it out when I'm out with taller people. 😂😂😂 I think the MM is great for everyday but I think nothing beats the Neverfull in the end. Hope this helps!

I wish the MM size came in canvas strap (brown with monogram) rather than black leather straps, which don't match the rest of the bag.
agree! I think the older straps with the monogram show more craftsmanship as they have to center the patterns to the strap width. The black leather straps are softer and more comfortable to use though.
