I’ve noticed that I remember the initial visuals and aesthetics of Alex’s videos but what makes me stay and like them more is actually her heart to heart talks and good advice and experiences - I think those are what keeps me coming back :)

I've been really trying to sleep before 11:00 pm like my late sleep are always 10:30 and it really is a good change, I can tell it by when I wake up around 8 am or 7 I don't get irritated and tired the whole day.. also, writing down my thoughts has helped me a lot tbh, even though I don't want to share my thoughts with someone I still get to lessen it by writing it down.. you really inspires me a lot Alex ❤
