One of those bloody things tried to kill me back in ‘77. Admittedly I gave it a hand because I was young and stupid, still got the scars where the brake pedal went through my right knee, still hurts to think about it 😂😂😂😂😂. Happy days 👍. Beautifully prepped bike.
Beautiful, a wonderful credit to the restoration skills that many aspire to, but few actually have. Another kettle that will be cherished by a lucky owner, it will still be going in 50 years time when the next fad electric bikes have been and gone.
I love Japanese design. They're like "yeah you bet it's water cooled, nbd, in fact here's a giant chrome f-u rad right up front in case you weren't sure."
So tell me again, why as a callow 18 year old did I buy the GS750 instead of the GT750 in this year? I blame the BIKE review of the era. Look it up, it’s irrelevant to this beauty. But it was key to an 18 year old mind set. Oh for 20/20 hindsight…… Lovely bike guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Well the GS was faster, better on fuel, smother ride, handling was far superior, more reliable, and to me personally it looked better, you made the right choice.
@@kevindarkstar you need to cut ppl some slack, mate, instead of jumping down their throats as a first reaction. I had another look through the video just after posting my previous comment with the audio turned higher and extended the view on my mobile screen and noticed that the shape of the cylinders was indeed 2 stroke as well as the sound. P.S. go see the doctor about prescribing some happy pills.
Paid a deposit by visa but as I could not get there to pick the bike up as I had chicken pox they automatically the deposit was 10^% as I was very I'll with chicken pox they took 30% a wrong thing to do
What a magnificent example, they were the rocket of the day. Thanks for the memories😥
Absolutely stunning
The water Buffalo. My first bike .wish I still had that one !

A thing of beauty ideed.
Lovely bike.Only downside would be 1hr riding=10hr cleaning!

From the era of the “bike supplied with comfortable seat” philosophy.
just spotted a RD500 at the back of the shop, a 2 stroke that actually went round corners
When the number plate fixing screws are both horizontal it says it all....WOW
Who ever owned this has deep pockets.
Ah yes the good old "Flexy Flyer"y mate had one back in 82, 18 mpg as I recall...lol

It sounds like a 4 stroke, but I seem to remember Suzuki only building 2 stroke bikes in the '70s?
How on earth do you think this sounds like a 4 stroke! Not even on tick over 😁

Con company ripped me off years ago
How? They don't seem to sell many bikes, the stock always looks the same.
