This is so awesome! Have you made a zombie go super fast or super slow for giggles? Also, are you able to increase zombies as much as you want in any room?
Thank you. It seems that the speed of zombies can be adjusted in 8 steps from 0 to 7. In this video, I set the following values. Alyssa = 7, David = 6, Cindy = 5, George = 4, Jim = 3, Mark = 2, Yoko = 1 Look at Yoko. I think she's a very slow move. A setting of 0 will be the slowest. 7 and above seems invalid. It is also possible to add new enemies to places where enemies do not appear (safe places). In that case, adjustment is necessary because the data will increase. But I think it can be achieved.
@@obsrvtest4380 It looks like the value 0 is the slowest you can go. The G-Embryo enemy that is found at the beginning of Showdown 1 appears to have the value set to 0 from what I could observe. I replaced the G-Embryo with different enemies and they move a lot slower than Yoko from your video. I compared how long their grab animation last: From your video at 1:55, Yoko's grab animation lasts about 2.21 seconds. From my video, which I'll only be using as an example; starting at 0:30, Bob's grab animation lasts for about 4.15 seconds th-cam.com/video/esRy3xOvNe4/w-d-xo.html At 2:56, we get a better view of Mark and Bob moving very slow, and again at 3:04, Mark's grab animation lasts for about 4.15 seconds. Damn! I was hoping the values could get set to 9999 or -9999 I'm wondering if the Flying Bugs at Wild Things have their value set to 7. I think I'll test it now and see how fast a different enemy will move there. I love the idea of placing enemies in safe places. Thanks for making Outbreak more fun!
@@meanmalcolm1927 All I have seen is FILE2 offline. When I checked the data in FILE1, some speeds were "$ 0C" and some were "$ 0E". I think this speed is probably a correction value, not an absolute value. In other words, I think it will be corrected to the standard speed of zombies. Looking at the value of the flying bug, it was "0". I don't know if any enemy can change speed. I haven't tried it yet. By the way, the address I changed is only 1 byte of "+ $ 40" in the 96 bytes of data. If you can try it, give it a try. I would be grateful if you could tell me the result.
I think it's quite difficult to create a new scenario at the moment. Also, I don't think there is anyone or documentation that can explain it. Such modifications are fumbling.
OBSRV TEST
