As long as the “noise” (also wouldn’t even class that as noise) is between social-able hours its perfectly legal. So they are lying there. Not nice to hear you'r having this experience, your both honest people and they just seem really difficult landlords & estate agents. Hopefully you find somewhere elsewhere quickly for you to settle with your family, you all deserve much better
You’re completely in the right… arguments are so normal in relationships but you get over them and become stronger. I really hope you find your perfect home before baby no.3 arrives. All the luck ❤
So sorry to hear you’re going through this too. We rent via the same letting agent in Bucks (also used to rent in Surrey!) and also find them atrocious. Very obnoxious and accusatory on things there’s absolutely no need to be. We’re moving out of this property in summer and expect no end of issues with them then! A tip - make sure you take photos of EVERYTHING when you go, so they can’t pin anything on you. Good luck finding your next home, hopefully it’s a more pleasant experience! X
I feel so bad for you 😢 this happened to me waiting ages to get safety things sorted, and things like hot water and leaks it's a joke that they just don't care and can let you live like that 😞
Totally relate guys, currently living in London with a nightmare of a landlord who also owns multiple properties won't even fix a leaky sink without calling us demanding honestly move not worth the stress

My new landlord has been amazing! Totally fine with any home improvements, also lets us off money if we do the work ourselves. Good luck finding a new home xx
Some landlords are easy going and don't mind what you do inside or outside, some on the other hand are absolute knobs and won't let you change anything. I rented somewhere and the toilet was wobbly and I only had 1 bathroom and I said it's major and needs sorting properly, took him a week to get a handy man out and it was still wobbly and leaking. So I do feel for you both.
I dealt with an estate agents like this in Portsmouth called ‘Barnards’. So threatening, unprofessional and lazy when it suited them. They tried to claim my deposit when I moved but luckily I had documented every single thing. They did end up taking some of the deposit but no where near as much as they wanted. They threatened court and I agreed at which point they backed down. Make sure you fight for your deposit and take lots of pictures for proof!
Move guys… They won’t stop. You need to be able to feel secure in your home. My Neighbours and I laugh with each other about the spats me, my husband and kids have! I hear them, and they hear us. It’s life! I once text my closet Neighbor letting her know we were “all ok” and I had just hidden the TV remote from the kids (they were yelling)… 🤦🏽♀️😁… A part of raising a family. We are a happy, healthy connect family, just not quiet x 😅😊
My heart breaks for you both, all you want is to make the best home for your family! No estate agent or landlord should make you feel this uncomfortable in a home you’re paying to live in! Hope everything works out for the best for you all xxx

I’ve had my fair share of bad landlords and found citizens advice helpful, they got me out of one tenancy after 3 weeks!! Love you this vid, felt like we are all sat in the car with you 😂
We aren't allowed to put a single hole in the wall. Not even to put a coat rack in the coat cupboard! We can use command strips but any damage means we have to do the whole wall. So why can't we make picture holes?! So frustrating.
Omg we had the same in our last house, when my children were tiny and they made me feel like my children couldn't be children. I used to cry most days and hubby worked away, made me feel like a nervous wreck so I feel your pain, I say get out now definitely bad vibes. Rented or not you should feel like you can make it your home. Sending love xxx
Poppy, I’m pregnant and due on the 27th August (exactly a week behind you!) and I’ve just moved into my first home that I’ve managed to buy. It’s a tiny two bed terrace but required SO much work and the stress really got to me with the pregnancy hormones added in. So I can’t even imagine how you must be feeling dealing with all of this - please look after yourselves (both of you!) and keep looking for another option as I think even knowing that you have somewhere else lined up will make you feel better. I have my fingers crossed for you! Xxx
Our last landlord was amazing paid for blackout blinds throughout had a shower put into the second bathroom, replaced our carpets after 2years i miss him 😂 i hope the people who came after us were good to him.
@@thomascord1464 there are some brilliant landlords out there, mine is the crème de la crème. Nice to hear others have got decent ones too. I had a bad landlord like that, and he wouldn’t even pay for a doorknob for our bathroom door as it kept falling off and every time he sent someone to replace it they glued it back on? I left soon as I could and now I have a really good landlord who actually helps. Frank Innes is a really good estate agent they are so friendly and helpful xxxxxx
I have just moved into my first house and I had exactly the same problem with the people who lived here before. I was getting the keys on the Friday and on the Tuesday I came to make sure everything was cleared. There was bags and bags fully of stuff in the loft and then the downstairs cupboards fully of stuff as well. The kitchen was not clean and I ended up having to clean the oven for 3 hours and even then I still need to get someone over. You should feel happy and excited but all it did was cause stress and more work for you to do.
Love you guys and your videos so much. What a stress this must be for you all. Feel so sorry for Poppy dealing with all this as well as being pregnant & having 2 young kids. Hope you guys find your forever home and settle be happy x I have had complaints after one argument with my partner (of 4 years now) and I do believe arguments are part of a relationship x We also have a 1 year old. Been in temporary accomodation for almost 4 months now and moving on to our new home soon. Good luck with the move and everything guys 💗
I've been a landlord. In renancies it is always that you have to ask can you change any decore or garden change without asking. That is a law.The landlord should want the doors safe to not be risk and storage all should be written the details so there are both sides need writing the communication and all is then proof
Me and my partner were in the exact position as you guys, we were fortunate enough to be able to move back in with my parents until we find somewhere else but honestly none of this is your fault! I’m so sorry you’re being put in this position, we all know how excited you guys were to move ❤️ things will get better, you guys have got this xx
I actually LOVED this video, love a good rant!! But I was so shocked because it’s awful how you’ve been treated, you’re definitely not in the wrong. Absolutely no need to be that strict, threatening & unprofessional, especially as new tenants who are a family with kids. I’d 100% make a complaint & take to an ombudsman if you find the time to do so x
I completely agree with you Jay, arguments are part and parcel of of relationships, if people say they never argue they are lying, there’s nothing like a good old argument to clear the air 😂
I feel for you both.I’ve rented the same house for 3 years landlady was fine. She lives abroad and now has asked an agent to manage it which I’m happy about as there are things that should have been fixed years ago but she kept putting it off.She has my deposit and im still waiting for her her to forward it to the agent before signing a tenancy but omg the agent is so pushy and it’s taken 5 of them so far to sort out the tenancy agreement.Same we have a garage and it’s filled with boxes but landlords can do this. Good lock guys
My partner and I have been together for 4 years since 16. We’re now 20 and 21. We argue and mostly about finances because it is stressful and it’s the mess he makes around the house but apart from that we’re good. We’re not good at communicating but I think not everybody is. When it comes to money in a relationship it’s hard because we’re all trying our best to provide for family. We have two dogs and have been thinking about trying for a baby. My partner is a bit in debt whereas I’m saving up my extra money for our future children and a house. So it can be hard. You are so right to want to move as you both don’t seem to enjoy it, and you have kids so your right to put them first too x
I’m so sorry you are all going through this. No-one should ever be put in this position regarding their landlord and the estate agents, it’s incredibly unprofessional and insensitive to your situation. Hopefully you find somewhere new that is everything you hope it to be and more! You deserve to feel safe, happy and healthy in your own home! That’s just a basic right! Arguments are 100% healthy in a relationship! I’m almost 3 years married and we have arguments now and again! Talking things over and being honest is what makes a marriage/relationship work in my opinion 😊 I have everything crossed for you that your situation improves! You all work so hard, you deserve happiness! ❤
Find a new place for you n the girls that you feel safe and secure in cant belive they are doing that to yous especially while poppys preggers tell your landlord and the neighbours to jog on the jumped up tossers keep your chin up guys
Try not to let them make you feel they can boot you out. It’s a lot harder than they would have you believe and they would put themselves at risk of prosecution if they tried it. Take your time, find somewhere new and best of luck with everything. It will all work out 😊
You’re so right about estate agents telling you stuff about properties before they rent/sell to you. The shit they get away with by hiding stuff is criminal. There should be transparency laws around houses, the value is the value and all problems and work done to the house must be clearly declared prior to any purchase being made.
So you guys in this video our like 250 yds from my flat in this vid and I see jay in the shop a lot but I only moved here 2 months ago but the best people I've ever been with was Seymour's there just down the high street and they were quick and rlly polite and have help me a lot when I've locked myself out of my flat so I would 100% use them
Love a rant...... red flags from landlord and estate agents get out if there. (Absolute 🔔🔚's treating you like that) Communication is key in relationships and a good argument to let of steam now and again too 😊 Bring on the next video ❤
Thats such a healthy thing when you have a disagreement and it blows up...but you can come back after a little breather and just let it blow over.... that's when you have found the right person.

This sounds so bad I feel so sorry for you guys ❤ I would move I know it be very stressful but you need to feel comfortable with where you live, and couples definitely argue it's normal love watching your social media guys ❤❤
I used to think arguments in my relationship was a sign of weakness. I didn’t realize that it’s actually healthy. Getting things off the chest in a screaming back for 5 mins twice a year maybe 3 times is brilliant. We’re all human at the end of the day, we all bottle up our feelings to give the other the benefit of the doubt. People always say communication is key and it absolutely is, but not all of us are good at communicating but at the end of the day every couple argues, nobody likes it but it happens and you feel better after it 💖
Just remember, you guys are wonderful people normal average human beings, the work that you are on the house in the garden most landlords would love a tenant like that, some people just thrive off making other people unhappy, but because of the stress it’s causing you and your family it’s not like you’re giving up but I do think you need to move somewhere where you’re gonna be happy you can’t live like this day today. It’s a lot being in a prison. And that landlord wants to be careful and that that they don’t get somebody 1 million times worse a rough family playing music and doing all kinds. They need to be careful what they wish for. Best of luck in everything you guys do. ❤

Enjoyed this video knowing the sad stress your having and also jay you was funny doing you’re impression of a dog 🐶 😂😂 xx ps love you guys dont ever stop being you x life your vids and your so inspiring and inspirational xx
I worked for an estate agents years ago and this was a daily occurrence, as much as you do get nightmare tenants.. landlords were the bane of my life!!!! Some of them literally do not care as long as they’re getting £££. You should look into receiving compensation for things like loss of cooking facilities, so many tenants didn’t realise they were entitled!! The estate agents sounds AWFUL too xx
Don’t think it’s the money it’s having to have so many years of proof of income I think to get the mortgage as they are self employed. I maybe wrong but it’s usually the case with content creators
@@kellstinkerbell71 they can easily get this from bank statements and self assessments. Renting and answering to landlords, and paying someone elses mortgage off, not great.

Omg I'm one of them that in an argument if he threw a piece of paper at me I throw a book at him 🤣🤣🤣I'm sorry your going through this with landlord/estate agents once you get a neighbour that complains about silly things you need to go, I remember when the bungalow next to me was selling, lovely old couple arrived and parked, the lady facing came out and said "You can't park there " sadly they never brought the place and guess what we ended up with the worse people buying it ,I keep my self to my self and the neighbours hate that cos I'm not out there gossiping, hope all works out for you, but for the children's sake you need to look around ,what's it going to be like when baby arrives x
I got an email from my estate agents because of noise complaints of me putting my washing machine on at 9pm and running the hoover around. I rang them back to say do shift work and sometimes it’s the only time I can do any house work, I’d love to be able to do it at a normal time. If you want you can come round and do it for me. The woman didn’t know what to say!
100% not in the wrong! The way they’ve treated you is awful! Definitely worth a complaint when you leave. Also arguing is a part of life and I think a good row every now and then is healthy 😂 let’s off steam! Keep doing you, don’t let them change your family dynamic. X
From previous experience - it won’t get better. A few things though, if there are cameras at the property, I’d definitely request they’re either removed or you have access to them as how do you know he’s not recording you? Also, noise laws come in from between 11pm and 7am so outside of these hours are fair game and wouldn’t stand legally. Also - have you been sent your details for your deposit? It should be help in a deposit protection scheme (not by landlord or by agency by law) and if you haven’t been sent this you can report them and get up to 4x your deposit back. You can leave at any time providing you pay your rent for your time by contract up to the 6 months. Give you notice and go it’s not worth the stress.
The landlord also has legal obligations towards the property and your safety. If he’s not upholding them you can raise the breach of contract from his side which (hopefully) will eradicate any break clause notice period. Worth speaking to a solicitor because chances are you can terminate the tenancy based on negligence. (From a family of landlords 😊)
I have worked in an estate agent as a property manager (worst job). I think the issue is communication, the estate agent/landlord should have picked up the phone and just had a conversation with you and once she had heard your side of the story if she still felt she needed to put her concerns in an email, then she could do so but given you pre warning that this is standard procedure . Emails are an evidence trail so if your tenancy does have to end, the estate agent has evidence if the case goes to court - this is important to protect the estate agent and landlord. To protect yourselves in this situation, do the exact same, put all repairs and concerns in an email, including concerns about being harassed and lack of professionalism etc
Awful! I would talk to them & see if you can leave earlier seen as they have threatened you twice. Really not nice at all. My neices & nephews are toddlers I know exactly what it’s like! Arguments are normal. Even if you can line something up end of July. Sending good vibes to you all, just try & filter their negative vibes out of your orbit for the minute 💛💛💛
People are very tence right now there is alot of dark forces please just make sure you are all safe and never apologize for family noise love you all xx
when we were putting new doors on our new bathroom we just fitted the door so it opened the opposite way so it didn’t hit the shower door glass. So instead of the door hinge being on the right it’s on the left.
I am a landlady and would not leave my tenant without an oven for 6 weeks! I would also not expect her to sort a lock and would get it sorted asap. Although the unfortunate side is the garden would have needed permission with any change, although to most it wouldn’t be an issue.
This is disgusting behaviour! I don’t ever comment on videos even though I watch all of yours but I just felt the need to mention how INCREDIBLE Poppy is looking! Pregnancy glow is GLOWING! Fingers crossed for you both xx
Adulting is stressful, kids are stressful and when you’re stressed you take it out on people you love. Arguing is so normal in any healthy relationship

You’re not in the wrong! We also rent and we’re lucky we haven’t had any bad experiences but I would feel exactly the same in terms of security for the family. That uneasy feeling of not feeling secure or relaxed in your own home when you’ve got kids is awful. Me and my partner have 3 kids under 6 and it’s mental and we bicker most days, it’s completely normal. We ain’t statues, we have feelings and us pregnant gals have hormones 😂 love you two and your little family! Hope you find your perfect home 🫶🏻
It’s annoying but yeah you can’t change anything when you’re privately renting, private landlords won’t do anything to make the property better. The entire back of my house needs re pointing as it leaks when it rains and creates mould and they cba
They both seem to be in a very good position financially but they still rent? I dont understand how they havent bought a house yet. They have a very expensive car, go on a lot of holidays and don't seem to go without anything. Surely cutting a few of these things out would very quickly give them a huge deposit for a house
Make sure you take photos of how you leave the house when you move out! Just incase they try and get more money out of you and say that things are damaged etc xx

you’ll both be happier when you move, wishing you both a happy new home for you and the girls 🤍
It sounds like you’ve made the garden better!!!
Probably better to ask for permission first then 😂😂
I feel so bad for you 😢 this happened to me waiting ages to get safety things sorted, and things like hot water and leaks it's a joke that they just don't care and can let you live like that 😞
Totally relate guys, currently living in London with a nightmare of a landlord who also owns multiple properties won't even fix a leaky sink without calling us demanding honestly move not worth the stress
You’re such a beautiful family 💕 I hope to be just like you one day, hoping our rainbow baby comes soon. Fills me with so much joy seeing you all succeed 🥰 xxx
Sorry to hear about this hopefully u get it sorted soon xx
Blow ups every now and again is definitely normal ❤ love you both hope you get somewhere nice to live xx
Love a good rant! So so sorry that you're going through this! You are NOT being the Karens at all! I hope that this situation gets solved for you all soon! Sending all the love to you guys💗
when jay does an impression of the neighbours dogs yapping, spat my drink out over my laptop haha. i love a good rant!! not that i wish you a stressful life guys but just that you film every rant in the future! LOL
Xxx
As stressful as it may be I’d get out there asap as it sounds like it will only get worse! 😩 I honestly feel for you guys! Good luck !
I don’t blame you for wanting to move! Imagine feeling on edge every day xx
Jay is looking a 10/10, bro has got better looking as he's got older
Our last landlord was amazing paid for blackout blinds throughout had a shower put into the second bathroom, replaced our carpets after 2years i miss him 😂 i hope the people who came after us were good to him.
@@thomascord1464 there are some brilliant landlords out there, mine is the crème de la crème.
Nice to hear others have got decent ones too.
Living here, I'm happy to replace things that i wouldn't normally have to, because shes great.
You can tell how stressful it is, with J&P once you get a shit landlord / agent.
I do hope they manage to sort something!
Pops looks gorgeous xxx
Hope you guys find your forever home and settle be happy x
I have had complaints after one argument with my partner (of 4 years now) and I do believe arguments are part of a relationship x
We also have a 1 year old. Been in temporary accomodation for almost 4 months now and moving on to our new home soon.
Good luck with the move and everything guys 💗
Oh god guys this sounds like a TOTAL nightmare for you and so super stressful! Try and move if you can because it’s not worth it xxx
It’s tainted it! I’ve moved twice because of unreasonable landlords. It’s mega stressful but it will be for the best xx
Don’t call them to discuss anything. Always stick to emails so everything is in black and white x
I'm actually fuming for you!!! You are not in the wrong. Sending love xxx
A plot of land and a large mobile home sounds amazing ❤
I’m so sorry you are all going through this. No-one should ever be put in this position regarding their landlord and the estate agents, it’s incredibly unprofessional and insensitive to your situation.
Hopefully you find somewhere new that is everything you hope it to be and more! You deserve to feel safe, happy and healthy in your own home! That’s just a basic right!
Arguments are 100% healthy in a relationship! I’m almost 3 years married and we have arguments now and again! Talking things over and being honest is what makes a marriage/relationship work in my opinion 😊
I have everything crossed for you that your situation improves!
Bless you both I would not want to live in a place like that I would start looking now and more early ❤❤❤❤
So you guys in this video our like 250 yds from my flat in this vid and I see jay in the shop a lot but I only moved here 2 months ago but the best people I've ever been with was Seymour's there just down the high street and they were quick and rlly polite and have help me a lot when I've locked myself out of my flat so I would 100% use them
You could properly go through solicitors as it sounds like they are completely in the wrong
good little video. move when you can and you guys are the best family on YT!
Love a rant...... red flags from landlord and estate agents get out if there. (Absolute 🔔🔚's treating you like that)
Communication is key in relationships and a good argument to let of steam now and again too 😊
Bring on the next video ❤
That is awful, it suck’s you have had to go through that 😣 hopefully you can find another property asap, where you are treated as you should be! X
Thats such a healthy thing when you have a disagreement and it blows up...but you can come back after a little breather and just let it blow over.... that's when you have found the right person.
Bats are very protected species yeah cant disturb them n there up the attic in lots of houses watch at night great air acrobotics catching summer mosquitos etc
Arrh bless you , and it is meant to be a lovely time for you and your family in your new home 🏠 xx
It’s awful that you are being treated like this, you are not being over the top! Xxx
People always say communication is key and it absolutely is, but not all of us are good at communicating but at the end of the day every couple argues, nobody likes it but it happens and you feel better after it 💖
Jeeez give your notice and move out asap sounds like a nightmare situation! Life's too short 🥰
Guys I agree I hate seeing poppy angry especially pregnant and jay trying to protect his family .
I suggest to pause on buying expensive cars and holidays and get a mortgage. None of this BS you have to deal with then
Don’t think it’s the money it’s having to have so many years of proof of income I think to get the mortgage as they are self employed. I maybe wrong but it’s usually the case with content creators
I would suggest you keep that opinion to yourself. It’s called living try it
@@kellstinkerbell71 they can easily get this from bank statements and self assessments. Renting and answering to landlords, and paying someone elses mortgage off, not great.
@@GenuinePluko no it isn’t great I’m not saying renting is good but sometimes it has to be done as part of a process, we have no idea of their financial status.
They probably won’t be able to get a mortgage as TikTok isn’t seen as a stable income, no matter how much they’re currently making. They may be saving to buy outright.
No that’s disgusting! It won’t get better guys, just get out of there as quickly as you can! It’s so stressful and rubbish that you’re going through this 🥺 X
How did they film you?! They want you to move out so they will be getting want they want!! I would say ask for a new contact at the estate agent, log a complaint and stay in the house! Try make friends with the landlord, go sweeten him up . Good luck guys ❤
I feel like the baby could be a boy because poppy you are so beautiful literally glowing ❤
Wow sounds like you both have a lot on your plate , if you can get a mortgage however its impossible for people to get on the property ladder now
It’s sad it’s gotten to the point you guys are even second guessing your relationship if it’s normal to argue🥺 I’ve got two kids been with my partner 8 years we argue like cats and dogs but like Jay says it’s completely normal and healthy to have these ❤hope everything works out for you guys wishing you luck and you’re both definitely doing everything right!
Sounds like a typical new build ! Find somewhere else guys , sounds like a knob the landlord
You need to contact the estate agents/landlords ombudsman and tell them everything!!
Hello guys hope you doing okay and I know is difficult what wrong, Hopefully you be fine is a terrible family.
Love you so much have a fantastic day.
Poppy looks amazing ❤❤
Make sure you take photos of how you leave the house when you move out! Just incase they try and get more money out of you and say that things are damaged etc xx
