It was very nice of him to continue playing Reinhardt even though he was getting countered and bullied and could have switched multiple times but didn’t. Such a nice guy handing out free SR like it’s candy on Halloween.

Have you seen the mei bug? Apparently, and i have not tested this, you can have your mei freeze you in spawn to prevent the enemy mei from getting the extra 40 dmg later in game. Saw this on ML7's stream the other day.

I am a tank main, but I play mostly support atm because its so easy and laid back, no thinking, just heal cc tanks and scare away dps with the insane dmg you can deal. I climbed from plat to gm5 in 3 weeks being a healbot its so dumb easy

A Rein main could switch. A Rein one trick will get bodied by Roadhog. If you’re getting countered and don’t switch then it’s a nightmare of your own creation.

@@Nickelback8469 The current OW dev team is crap but one thing you can't say is crapping on the switching mechanic. OW before role queue was based around switching depending on the best option for your team. Now the selections are more limited but Bowie could still switch to Orisa or Ramattra. The whole tradeoff of switching was losing your ult charge.
@@Nickelback8469tbh that is possibly the worst idea, I have heard for ow. The game is based around team work and being flexible. That change would cause an epidemic of 1tricks and everyone locking the same 5 heroes. Eg. enemy doomfist is destroying your team, ok I'll just go Orissa to counter... Oh wait counters don't exist so instead we get to spend the next 10mins getting beaten to a pulp with no opportunity to try something else.

What part of this was hog? There must've been like 2 shots of cyx dying to bowie here for ever one of bowie dying to cyx. His pharah was owning and their DPS weren't able to handle it even slightly. Literally cyx himself says so in this video.

Ana and zenyatta are the supports that disgust me the most, especially when you don't have a competent team and they make your life impossible. I play tank too, I'm main roadhog even though I can also play reinhardt, winston, zarya or sigma but this game has a disgusting imbalance of both characters and pairings with the people who put you.
Ana is a high skill support whose cooldowns require good timing, decent enough aim and she immediately becomes more vulnerable as soon as she uses any of her cooldowns due to lack of mobility. She also gets hard countered by Kiriko who you should always run into Ana and especially with a hog. She can be dove quite easily if she doesn't have correct positioning/cooldown management. If you think Ana's disgusting, you haven't played her.
Zen, on the other hand, is free value thanks to the addition of his kick preventing him from being dove. Discord absolutely needs to be changed.

I’m trying to learn tank and roadhog is my go to cuz of you but like I keep getting hit by ana and zens debuff thing to where I can’t heal and it’s making me debate playing tank
Honestly while Hog hzs a fun gameplay it's a hardcore choice to start with. Maybe you would have a better time playing Sig, Rein or Winton while learning the tank role properly
Several solutions. 1- switch off Roadhog. When Zarya bubbles herself it cleanses (removes) both Ana’s anti nade and Zen’s discord orb. A dive tank like wrecking ball can dive Zen, or a shield tank can block both Ana and Zen’s damage. Ana’s anti nade has more value against self healing tanks, Roadhog and Junker Queen, so don’t play them against Ana.
2. If you insist on playing Roadhog, stay near cover. If you break line of sight for a few seconds it will remove discord orb. Don’t use your self healing when you’re antied because it won’t work, save your breather, wait for Ana to use her nade, wait for the effect to wear off, THEN use your healing. If you’re antied and low on HP, turn around and look down, if you’re facing the enemy and looking up they can get headshots on you, if you turn around and look down they can’t get headshots, making it more likely you’ll survive long enough for the anti to wear off and you can heal yourself again.
3. Ask one of your supports to play Kiriko. Her suzu ability can remove both anti nade and discord orb. They probably won’t, but hey it can’t hurt to ask.
@@PhyzalIyes Hog is one of the highest skill ceiling tanks in the game, he can get great value in certain situations but he can also get absolutely bodied in the wrong situations. If I was starting out on tank I would main Dva, she’s versatile, she can front line or peel, she has defensive value for the team with defense matrix, and her mobility allows her to reposition quickly if you’re overextended.
not highest SKILL ceiling, but it does require some of big brains. not “skill” tho. all u need skill wise it knowing the trajectory of the hook and pellets, etc

It is so fun watching a mei get absolutely dominated, the character is for people who are bad at the game much like Cassidy grenade.
Yeah and she seems to be getting played a lot more lately. It feels like half of my games have a Mei on the other team.
@@ErikDayne literally, and it's no fun for a genji main like me who also plays other heroes just to do well in a match due to skill, no nanos mind you, and then get instantly countered by the easiest character in the game to where I cant play. It's so fun having one of the lowest skill highest reward characters who is way overtuned counter your character of high skill with a click of a button.

Everyone overrates his difficulty because it's much easier to get value on hitscans but in reality, he has two get out of jail free cards and insane evasion with double jump and wall climb. He's not at all hard to play, you're just coping by saying he's high skill.

Yeah a lot of times their teammates will realize they’re gonna one trick no matter what so they’ll pick characters that work with that one trick even if they’re getting countered

That’s why it’s encouraged to play two other heroes that counter the enemy’s pick that counters your one trick main.
For example, Zarya counters my one trick; Sombra -> Swap to Mei (2nd main) that counters Zarya.

I'm a Lucio/Hog 2-trick & honestly I enjoy Lucio more than I have any other character in any other game I've ever played.
