That's why I never tip at Starbucks. They fuck up your order, then say have a nice day, expecting you to tip them lol. You don't tip at McDonalds, so why do they expect to get tipped? What's the difference, they both are drive up windows that serve you the same way? Most of the times I never see the same person at the window longer than a few weeks anyway. Fuck them if they can't get a simple order right I say. They are not guilting me into tipping them because they are serving me coffee lol.
