A part where mam said the basic needs in kathmandu cannot be fulfilled can be little changed to basic needs in nepal. There are many places where we can fulfill our basic needs in a low wage. So why not uplift those places more? Why only target kathmandu ? A/c my point of view main problem exists when we target only the capital of our country.
But the overall podcast was really great. I have never been able to listen whole of the poadcast so sincerely but this podcast had something that I was feeling. Thank you for this podcast Sisan dai and I felt literally mesmerized by how you've been energized and thoughtful to know and improve the condition of Nepali youths.
Need more of such insightful podcasts rather than just the life stories of people.

Apprenteship programs and things like community posting and industrial postings are much in practice in ctevt..and also provision of degree of equivalency for courses and skill testing provison based on purely skill is available in ctevt course..hope you highlight in next interviews..and talk about importance of vocational education @Dr. Amrita Sharma

As someone living abroad myself, I like these talk but it still feels Too frustrating to think about these, but still cannot do anything to improve our system, I think the only way to improve is we should be able to change the whole system from the level of government till down cause maybe this is the only way that can impact our lives from and make change cause we all know who is running our government rn

Theory matra padheko ho maile Nepalma.
Aile ayera maile Ba Hons CMDA( Chartered management degree apprenticeship) prorgramme garirako chu. this is full time study with my full time job-offered by the Organisation I am working for. This programme is purely based on set of Standards- knowledge, skills and behaviours.
The principle is How I am providing evidence of bringing the knowledge learned into my workplace-skills and behaviours.
This is just an example. I guess this is the difference we have in education system.
