    Cricket mindset:
    1) Goal is to play one ball at a time without caring for the result of the game.
    2) no premeditation in-front of wicket and only premeditation behind the wicket. For me it’s the reverse sweep only. But keep this for a need only basis when required.
    3) Having a clear mind by focusing and watching the ball. Understand that human brain can’t focus for a long time and so peak focus should be at ball release. After each delivery is bowled, switch off and only use all your focus/concentration at the right moment at ball release.
    Thats it

I am a lower order batter, this interview made me take an innings from 75/6 in 9 overs to 175 in 20 overs. One ball at a time is gold! We did win too.
thanks Neil your work is stupendous!

Absolute master of batting. Thanks Greg. Australian cricket needs more from you if you have the energy. I invite anyone to go watch him bat in his prime on TH-cam he looked like he was scoring at will..
