Go to Settings->Apps->MyHuawei. În the top right corner you have 3 vertical dots. Tap on them and you can see "Uninstall updates". Tap on this too, confirm the uninstall and then go to AppGallery and update Support application

My MatePad Pro isn't a Chinese version. The software needs to be C00, I have C636. My MatePad 10.4 is Chinese version and can be updated, but I brick it if I use another description file, which isn't for it
