    Happy new video day! I hope this finds you very well and feeling mega loved!!
    Today I'm sharing another favorite - what I eat in a day. I looooove watching these kinds of videos and sharing my healing journey with you though the foods I eat (and drink).
    Everything I consume is for the purpose of healing and balancing my hormones and combating inflammation (unless french fries are near by 😁). I am enjoying whole and fresh foods so much and coming up with new and super easy recipes, and of course sharing all of that with you.
    I hope you enjoy these videos as much as I do. At a minimum, I hope I can keep you company during your day.

    How much do you spend on groceries each week? I'm trying to get back into healthy eating despite the fact it gets pricey.

      Hi, friend! We’re likely in the $200 - $250 range per week between Walmart and Whole Foods. We buy as much as we can from Walmart and then buy our organic meat and produce from Whole Foods if it’s in stock.
      Our Walmart doesn’t carry a lot of organic meat or produce and our farmers markets are not the best, so Whole Foods is our next option.
      We try to create a menu each week to make the most of our ingredients and spend less whenever possible.

      @@SoShantel Thank you for the detailed response! Your videos got me wanting to get back into superfoods. I'm motivated to get back to juicing, my favorite was kale, celery, green apple. And now I'm planning to order the equipment to start growing my own wheat grass and barley grass and cutting it every week for fresh juice shots every morning - you might like it since you love both gardening and superfoods. I'm also going to be making my own kefir since I saw how easy it is to make your own and how good it is for gut microbiome. Later down the line I plan on making my own kombucha but want to start slow. Those were what I'm starting with plus chlorophyll and adding cruciferous salad greens like arugula, watercress, broccoli & kale micro-greens and broccoli sprouts which I'm also going to grow myself in one of those sprout kits they sell. I'm hoping to get back into the beauty of this lifestyle as I remember that humming feeling of energy you get when surrounding yourself with nature's magical foods. Thank you for capturing that feeling and essence in your videos. They've made a big change to me and the trajectory of the lifestyle I'm hoping to have. 🙏 Always love to watch your new videos. 🥰
