- Street Food in Turkey - Today I will take you on an Insane street food tour in Istanbul where we gonna eat a whole lamb BBQ and some of the best Turkish street food in Turkey.
To start our Insane street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to Polesan Catering where they cook food for 6,000 people per day.
After that, we went to a restaurant I've been wanting to visit for a very long time to try its delicious food.
Moving on with our street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to the famous Selim Usta restaurant to watch him make his insane Çiğ köfte.
The following day, we went to the oldest Buryan kebab restaurant in Turkey to eat a 130-year-old Buryan kebab which is one of my favourite Turkish foods.
To end our street food tour in Istanbul, Turkey, we went to Lamb Heaven, a place where they cook a whole lamb BBQ.

Well actually İstanbul does not have any specific food. All these dishes come from some part of Turkey. İstanbul is the way to eat these dishes in a veeery expensive way :D:D I think it is "Gaziantep" among food capitals of the world which may be the richest and the most famous cusine of Turkey...
@@crawlinbacktoyou8282 Yeah ! Gaziantep AND add Hatay to that. But you are wrong on Istanbul. Istanbul always had the best chefs coming from all over the empire (Ottoman) and if you check on Istanbul specialities, you will find many many dishes which were created in Istanbul.

I love Turkish food, especially Shawarma
Döner/Doner. Not Shawarma. Shawarma is an Arab food similar to Greek gyro which Wikipedia states as inspired by Döner.
@@phantyr "Shawarma" originates from the Turkish word "çevirme". Since Arabic has no "ç (ch)" sound, they pronounce it as "ş (sh)".
