What I would suggest is you can introduce your small Oscar that again depending on how big it is, if it's a juvenile I wouldn't introduce it to the tank with Big fish. And watch their behaviour if they are constantly picking on the little fish and not letting them eat, remove the small fish. Coz there are chances of them hurting it.
