A dermatologist told me a refreshing shower trick. Yes, hot or really Luke warm water to wash, then when finished, gradually turn the water to cold in that the last 10 seconds you're doing a cold rinse. Talk about refreshing & invigorating (especially in the summer time), but you still achieved that squeaky clean feeling of a warm soapy shower. 🚿💙
