    Nice to see someone else has a garage that looks like mine!

    • @dallaswalden4652

      Hell I can say that there is two types of garages 1 is a garage like this one where men actually use the tools and do stuff in the garage and this garage is just like mine to chaotic organization I know where stuff is at all the time if I drop and bolt today and didn't get it up and a year from now I need it I will go right to that bolt and use it 2nd type of garage is when some want to have the privilege of saying they have a garage and if u look at the garage u can lick every spot of that garage and it will be spic and span and I say this is the way alot of other areas can be compared to as well like the ones who have that tall truck with chrome wheel that blind u and can starts wildfires and will never see a puddle of mud in it life cause they have to much money in the truck they don't want to scratch it am I the only one that feels this way lol

    Impressive piece m.m-welding. A simple and heavy duty Roller Bender but how do I keep my center roller from slipping? I'll try gluing an abrasive like sand paper to it. Thank you my friend for making this video and posting it.

      This Roller bendger could definitely do that! The thickest thing I've bent with iy is tube 40/40 2mm. I wish you good luck! it's fun!

    • @thatgardeningrealtor
      @thatgardeningrealtor 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      +m.m-welding Thanks! Curious to know what those bearing assemblies are called and also how easy is it to duplicate multiple pieces? I'll be bending pieces up to approximately 20' long or more unless I build the sides with separate pieces.

    • @mmwelding
      @mmwelding  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      +cdrawdy23
      Hi! I do not know how they are called exactly in English. but if I translate it from Dutch it is standing bearing. and if you make a ruler on their side where you can measure the height of the roller bender. then you can get everything the same.

    Question on bending square tube without using a proper "square tube die roller".. .For example 1-1/2 square die with collar.. Does the tubing bow out / distort with any "real" noted effect?? I have always wondered about bending square tube without a proper die..
    I would be doing 5 - 7 foot circles so nothing real tight.

    • @mmwelding
      @mmwelding  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! I have now bent different sizes of square tube on the rollerbener without molds and I indeed notice that the square tube is deformed / flatteneds. the biger the square tube is the more you see it. but if you roll big circles you will indeed see it a lot less.

      m.m-welding I have a Lincoln roll around mig 200 series like 5 years old that I use alot. I really just want a tig. I have a Lincoln tombstone with Miller reverse polarity box or something. I never use it. I prototype and just build odds and ends . I just want a good tig.

    • @mmwelding
      @mmwelding  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      if I have to be honest, I do not really think there is a lot of difference in expensive or less expensive aperates. I do alot of tig welding at my work and there we have the most expensive of the most expensive welder. a friend of mine has a cheaper welder and when we use it we do not see alot of difference between them. the very thing that is different is that you can have different options such as pulses and so on
