ahhh yess girl!! I'm so glad it helped. I typically stay on the outsides of the grocery store because that's where the freshest things are. Have you ever had perfect bars or square organics bars? Those are my favorite bars to have on the go they are so yummy!! if you go on squareorganics.com you can use NICOLE_THENOMAD for a discount!
Black olives are a fave snack of mine! This video was informational as I've never really considered adding up all of the sugar from several components of a meal
In my recycling club at school a few years ago we learned that styrofoam egg cartons aren’t as recyclable as the cardboard ones. I always try to buy those when I do buy eggs because YAY recycling! Just a little recycling tidbit! Love your videos 💛
Your fridge looks like mine! Some fun snacks I always keep around that are - more or less - clean, are the individual Kodiak Cakes pancakes and the individual “Just Crack an Egg.” Both are microwavable, super protein and fat dense breakfasts/snacks. If I eat a kodiak cake for breakfast at 8am I’m 100% not hungry until at least noon. They’re amazing. Another thing I try to make every so often is homemade black bean burgers (usually a rice and black bean base, vegan or mostly vegan patties). They freeze great just like the prepackaged ones - but obviously way better for you! Oh, and if you haven’t already, you’ve gotta try the Vega One Clean Protein powder in chocolate. It actually blends well into shakes and with a nut butter and some spinach and nut milk and another frozen “filler” its so yummy. Bonus is that it has a complete AA profile and also has some green powders for micronutrient she . Love this video! Would love to see more food/WIEIAD!
Awesome video Nicole! Only suggestion would be to look into another source of nut butter rather than Justin’s. They use palm oil which is very harmful to the environment and I know there are other brands that don’t include palm oil :)
Hi Caitlin! I'm so glad you brought this up! I've been a Justin's fan since the beginning and have even been able to meet Justin himself. I asked them about this issue and here was their response: From the beginning, Justin's has been focused on the responsible sourcing of all our ingredients, including our palm oil, and we are constantly pushing the supply chain for advancements in this area. We are members of the RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm), which currently represents about 20% of the total palm oil supply. The RSPO encourages sustainable growing practices and human rights initiatives at the farm level, while promoting education about the cultivation and use of certified sustainable palm oil. All of our Certified Organic palm oil in our peanut butter cups is sourced from Central and South America and is certified under the IP supply chain model, which is a fully traceable and sustainable supply chain. The palm oil used in our nut butter jars, squeeze packs and snack packs is also certified sustainable under the mass balance supply chain model. In addition to their RSPO membership, all of our palm oil suppliers have built their own independent sustainability policies, and our mass balance suppliers have plans to be fully traceable by 2020. RSPO is the leading organization to date for sustainably sourced palm oil and Justin's is proud to be among the companies who are actively involved and invested in supporting these initiatives. Came here from your insta page - my account is @courtindc! Thanks for giving us a peek inside your fridge. I'm really trying to eat healthier this year, so it's great to hear what works for other people.

I’m in the mid teens and live with my mom and little sister some of the things I typically eat on a cheat day typically end up being a bunch of white breads and sugars like Oreos so yeah
Love this! I am trying to be healthier in the new year and never know what to buy at the grocery store
