      I really think the engineering is awesome to put a boot like that together. Especially I'm glad to see that the tech from ultralight ski touring crossing over to splitboarding. For me, a main reason i got a splitboard was to get the bulk of snowshoes off my back and enjoy the ride down a little more. So i find the idea of snowboarding down with skis on my back funny, but i understand skis are signifigantly more efficient on the way up and with your point of five pounds on your back being the equivelent on one on your feet it's a pick your poison situation i guess. Thanks for your reply and keep making us sweet new equipment!
