Pretty impressive. I guess he figures Jungle would only call with AX on the river, and since he can see 3/4 Aces he figures there's not enough AX in jungle's range to make a profitable value bet.

He is beat by AQ, A9s, and 99 which is 7 combos. If AJ and ATs call he'll only be beating 4 combos. AJo might not call preflop either. If 99 folds flop it would be close.
If you assume someone has something along the lines of AQ-AJ, TT-88 here it isn't too pretty. Weaker Ax could fold since this seems like a spot that could get under bluffed on river, at least for the stakes I play.
