      Guy is a good tournament player now too it seems. Variance is much bigger in tournaments offcourse but if I see how for example linus and redbaron played sometimes, sure swings were great there too lol...

      @@BluffTheSpot maybe some old school but not too old school like Doug Polk, Sauce123 and Kanu7. It's interesting to see what guys like that who crushed in the early days of GTO strategies becoming mainstream.

    Your rating irritates me really much. Trueteller plays it almost perfect, maybe the preflop size on the first hand is too big but they are deep. And you rate him only 7. Wtf

      What makes that Fedor so good actually? Make me very jealous often when i see results of some players lol, now at these cash games he wasn't that great, just a small profit over a bunch of hands like 15k hands at 25/50nl+.

    • @keithmason1485
      @keithmason1485 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@bekeneel 15K hands isn't really that much, for example if I only play 15k hands in a week I feel like I slacked. But even being a marginal winner at 25/50nl and higher online means you are among the very best players in the world. It's also impressive for a guy that spent the majority of his time studying tournament theory. What made Fedor so good was he was very fundamentally sound but also had an amazing ability to correctly deviate from GTO strategies and exploit his opponents. He also had a ridiculously strong team around him, BenCB and Matthias Eberinger to name a couple.

    • @bekeneel
      @bekeneel 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@keithmason1485 It depends, not in tournaments you could say but in cashgames 15k is a good enough "sample". Thanks for the explanation about Fedor, what I noticed is that he's still a player taking quite some risk and I often wonder how those guys are profitable cuz mostly when I take risks in my game I end up broke :(.

      Preflop open-raise smaller size and on flop stab smaller size as well. Probably it's pretty "easy" hand to play and there won't be 10/10.

      @@BluffTheSpot I mean the decision points are really not in question when you have these hand strengths, are they? They just sort of play out as you would expect. That's not to say I don't enjoy your content. I think it's great. But I think analyzing hands that play themselves is less interesting than watching players put other players to the test. And then discussing those decisions. Still, enjoy the videos.
