Clean it, use epoxy primer, paint and stone protection if its under the car.

@@WolfGarage love the size of your garage btw. I'm working in an fertig einzelgarage and there is barely any space to jack up the car

Those are small ones indeed. :/ I think mine is good for hobby garage but little small for business. I have plan to build in future 80 m2 more. With high sealing and 2 post lift in it.
